A 36,000 sq ft soundstage 6 miles east of Portland, Oregon designed for film, television, and commercial productions.

Vision Stages comes with 2000 AMPS of power, 22 ft high ceilings, two loading docks with 8’x9’ sound isolated doors, 5 bathrooms with a total of 9 stalls and 3 urinals, three mezzanine offices, a kitchenette, and a walk-in freezer at another kitchen area. The building use to be a Thriftway, so you’ll see our deli setup is nice for craft services.

Our 64,000 square foot parking lot can accommodate base camp AND crew parking for large productions. Another giant parking lot that serves the other adjacent businesses in the Troutdale Market can be rented separately for background parking should your production need more than 165 parking spaces. Vision Stages is 30 miles as the crow flies from Mt Hood’s Silent Rock and other crew parking options near Ski Bowl.

Last year we hired ABD Engineering to conduct a sound study for room acoustics and exterior noise isolation. Since then we’ve made improvements to mitigate the noise of rain and air traffic. Two separate sound tests confirmed that productions filming in Vision Stages can continue rolling through moderate rainfall and aircrafts from Troutdale Airport and PDX Airport.

Oregon Property Management owns the building as well as the Troutdale Market where Vision Stages is located. We’re 25 minutes from downtown Portland, 20 minutes from PDX airport, and 10 minutes from the Troutdale airport and the Gateway to the Columbia River Gorge. Across the street from Vision Stages is Mt. Hood Community College – a goldmine of film-friendly locations.
